Improve your nights sleep with Almonds

What you eat can make a huge difference to your sleep. Eating proteins with a high amount of tryptophan can improve both the quality and quantity of rest.

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that your body can’t produce for itself. It is needed as the precursor to melatonin, your ‘sleepy hormone’.

It’s found in most foods that contain protein, whether meat, fish, vegetable or Nuts. But it’s particularly abundant in Almonds.

Almonds 
Contain both tryptophan and magnesium, which is a muscle relaxant. They make for an easy portable snack and might help you get to sleep on a plane.
